Revitalization of Downtown Dallas Continues: CrossFit Pac Elm Set to Open

Downtown Dallas’ newest business is set to open its doors in early 2016. CrossFit Dallas Central (“CFDC”), Dallas’ original CrossFit gym and Woods Capital Management, LLC (“Woods Capital”) are proud to announce the opening of CrossFit Pac Elm.

Located at 1509 Elm St. on the ground floor of the Tower Garage just to the west of Thanksgiving Tower, CrossFit Pac Elm will combine elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular conditioning to challenge all fitness levels – from those interested in introductory fitness to elite athletes. CrossFit Pac Elm is officially certified and affiliated with CrossFit, Inc. and offers a unique training program that builds strong peer-to-peer relationships while building strong bodies.

The premium 6,000 sq. ft. facility will have the latest in functional fitness equipment with brand new spacious men’s & women’s locker rooms that will include individual showers. Initial classes will be offered in the mornings, at lunch and in the evenings.
